Guidelines for submitting an Abstract
Please note that this format is the one that will appear in the Program Book and Abstracts CD.
File Format: Microsoft Word, the Abstract must not exceed 300 words.
Title: Capitalized, 9 pt, Arial font, boldface, justified.
Author(s): Must be listed immediatly below the title using uppercase and lowercase letters in this way: Initials and last name, 8pt, Arial font, justified, the presenting author's name must be underlined.
Affiliations: Must be listed immediatly below the Author(s) including corresponding postal address. Use uppercase and lowercase letters, 8pt, Arial font. justified, Include presenting author's email.
Text: Must be typed in single-spaced, 9pt, Arial font, justified. If the abstract includes numerous superscripts and subscripts, 1-1/2 spacing may be used.
Equations: Each equations must be on a separate line.
Illustrations: The Abstract must not contain tabular material or illustrations of any kind.

Notification of Acceptance: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the symposia's Chairpersons. Authors will be notified by Chairmen of symposia if their abstract has been accepted for a poster or for an oral presentation.
